Every Lucky Daughters set is made with care, in small runs, and meant to last. We want you to feel confident before you order, and we're here to answer anything that helps you decide.
All Sales Final
All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review product details, dimensions, and photos carefully before checking out, and reach out to us at info@luckydaughters.com with any questions beforehand. We're happy to help you figure out whether a collection is the right one for you.
A Note on Artisan-Made Pieces
Our collections are produced in limited runs with materials and finishes that carry the marks of being made by hand. Subtle variations in color, grain, finish, and patina from tile to tile and set to set are not flaws. They are part of how our sets are made and what makes each one its own. Light surface marks that develop with regular play and care are equally natural, and a sign of a set being lived with the way it's meant to be.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please email us at info@luckydaughters.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) and the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement isn't possible, another resolution we agree on. Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Lucky Daughters is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other carrier issues once an order has been handed to the carrier. If a package appears lost in transit, please notify us within 3 weeks of the ship date so we can help look into it.
For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed at delivery. These are set by your country's customs authority and are outside our control.
