Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside it. Please review carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Pre-Order Notice

All Lucky Daughters collections currently available are pre-order. This means items are not yet in stock and will ship once production is complete. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

• Ship dates vary by item. Each pre-order item has its own estimated ship date, listed on its product page. Please check the product listing before ordering so you know what to expect.
• Estimates, not guarantees. Ship dates reflect our current production timeline. Production, shipping, and customs processes are sometimes outside our control, and orders may ship later than the date listed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge this and agree to these terms.
• Orders ship together, not separately. If your order includes multiple pre-order items with different ship dates, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock — meaning the latest ship date among your items determines when the order goes out. If you would like an item sooner, please place it as a separate order.
• Payment is taken at the time of order. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout, not at the time of shipping. This is how we fund each production run.
• Pre-orders are final sale. Consistent with our Refund Policy, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, except in cases of damaged or defective items on arrival.
• Updates. We will email you if the estimated ship date for your item changes significantly, and again when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. You'll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Lucky Daughters ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future and will update this policy when we do.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are based on the carrier's published timelines. They are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it is in their hands. Lucky Daughters is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or other carrier issues that occur after handoff. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Lost or Stuck Packages

Most packages that pause in tracking start moving again within two weeks. If a package has had no tracking movement for 3 weeks, please contact us at info@luckydaughters.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email info@luckydaughters.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details on how we handle these cases.
